Dealing Desk is a partnership and deal brokerage platform that connects introducing brokers, affiliates, and traders with financial brands, brokers, and related institutions that offer partnership, rebate, or revenue-sharing opportunities.

We are not a broker, financial advisor, investment company, fund manager, or gambling operator.
All commissions, payouts, and agreements are handled directly by the third-party brands and brokers we collaborate with.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.

  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

  • Provide accurate and complete registration details when required.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with local laws and regulations in your country.

3. Our Role

Dealing Desk acts as a facilitator between you (the partner or affiliate) and third-party brokers or institutions.
We do not:

  • Handle or store client funds.

  • Execute trades or investment orders.

  • Provide financial advice, recommendations, or portfolio management.

All financial transactions, earnings, or trading activities occur directly with the broker or brand you choose to work with.

4. Partner and Affiliate Deals

By participating in any partnership or affiliate arrangement through Dealing Desk:

  • You acknowledge that all commissions, payouts, and rebates are determined and paid directly by the partner broker or brand.

  • You are responsible for complying with the terms set by that broker, including performance requirements and payment schedules.

  • Dealing Desk has no liability for missed or delayed payments issued by third parties.

We may, at our discretion, verify proof of payments, performance records, or affiliate activities before publishing results or promotional content.

5. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Ensuring that any content or proof you share (e.g., payout evidence) is authentic.

  • Using the platform in a lawful and ethical manner.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity, spamming, or misrepresentation.

6. Use of Content and Proof Material

Partners may submit payout proofs, testimonials, or performance screenshots voluntarily.
By submitting any such material, you grant Dealing Desk a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional or educational purposes, with sensitive data redacted where applicable.

You confirm that all submissions are genuine and verifiable.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, logos, text, designs, and media available on Dealing Desk are the exclusive property of Dealing Desk.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

  • Trading and investment in financial markets involve risk, including loss of capital.

  • Past performance of any affiliate or broker does not guarantee future results.

  • Dealing Desk does not guarantee any specific income, payout, or success.

All users are strongly advised to conduct independent due diligence before entering any partnership or trading arrangement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dealing Desk, its founders, affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from:

  • The use or inability to use our platform.

  • Actions or omissions of third-party brokers.

  • Loss of earnings, business, or reputation.

Our website may contain links to brokers, partners, or other third-party platforms.
Dealing Desk is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these external websites.
You interact with them at your own risk.

11. Termination

Dealing Desk reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in unethical conduct.

Continued use of our platform after any changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
